It’s always an absolute pleasure to have Mary Plummer return to present at LAPPG. Mary started her presentation by sharing that Blackmagic Design has just released 19.1 and that although she was just going to be focusing on audio features there is a full post production suite solution available to you when you work with DaVinci Resolve. Mary pointed out the difference between the free version vs. the Studio version.

Mary started with showing in 19.1 it’s much easier to identify the clips. Mary then showed the Music Remixer Dialogue Separator, the Ducker feature, Auto Pan. She also showed how DaVinci Resolve Studio has all the immersive formats built in and with the new Space View Scope, it will show you the immersive sounds. Mary finished the session by answering a number of great questions from the group.
